Excited to announce that dance classes are coming back!

Starting in November with some mindful and slow paced floorwork. I’ll be hosting Self Love & Slow Floorwork, in Society Clubhouse in Toronto, twice: November 8th and 15th.

These classes are 90 mins to help us ground, work on affirmations, then into learning a minute of floorwork choreography and finishing off with a cool down and meditation.

Also, starting to book private classes, one on ones, groups, birthdays.

In January, I’ll be hosting a virtual version of this class as a 4 week series. These virtual workshops will consist of writing exercises, journal prompts as well as learning sexy choreo in a chair, on the floor and on your bed.
